Our Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1. Consultation Services
Consultation services are non-refundable as they are delivered instantly and cannot be undone or returned.
2.2. Personalized Reports
Personalized reports, including PDFs and e-books, are not returnable. However, if any corrections are needed, we will provide them free of charge. To avoid errors, please ensure that you provide accurate details (date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth) at the time of placing your order

3. Returnable Items

3.1. Physical Items
Physical products, such as rosaries or ceremonial items, are eligible for replacement if they are found broken or physically damaged upon receipt. We request you to inspect the item carefully upon delivery. If you discover any damage, please contact us immediately using the contact details available on our Contact Us page

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 10 working days) after we receive and process your return.
4.2. Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we would be happy to exchange it if you are requesting for exchange within 3 days of receipt of the product. After the period of 3 working days, we replace items only if they are defective or damaged. The personalised reports, PDFs are allowed to exchange if you found your incorrect birth details. Kindly send us an email at info@navnidhi.org describing the reason of exchange. If the exchange is about a physical product, then send us an e-mail/Call us. We will send you the detailed email to proceed with the exchange process.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us immediately. We will send you an email for the confirmation to initiate return process. You will also receive all the information in the return process email. Please do not send or mail the product to us without our e-mail confirmation of initiation of Return Process.
7.1. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7.2. Shipping Recommendations
For returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
